- REACH OUT! - STEP 1: Submit our consultation request form and within 24 hours you will hear from Carly with more information and dates/times to set up a meeting.
- PROPOSAL TIME! - STEP 2: After our consultation you will receive a custom proposal with your package details and pricing all laid out. Review your proposal and decide you want to work with us! Once you make the choice that we are the right fit, we will get started right away.
- TIME TO GET PLANNING! - STEP 3: You will be connected with your lead planner who will set you up in our easy-breezy planning portal. This will give you access to all of the helpful tools and documents we will be using during your experience.
- LET THE GOOD TIMES ROLL! - STEP 4: Your dream wedding is in the works. Let the exciting journey begin!
Our Packages
Leverage Carly’s experience and service to tackle the hundreds of little decisions you will make. She will take care of all vendor communication to take the time consuming back and forth negotiations off of your plate. Allow her to guide you through the event planning process and manage all the details, leaving you to feel at ease throughout duration of planning. Detailed timeline development and floor plan creation will create a smooth transition from planning to execution to ensure your event goes off without a hitch!

This package is lead by our fabulous Lead Coordinator Danielle. She is here to help you navigate the planning process with professional insight from guidance on where to find the right vendors to detailed timeline development. With unlimited communication throughout the planning process she will be there to assist along the way. When you are 8-12 weeks out from your wedding date, we will kick it into high gear and take over communication with all your vendors to ensure a flawless wedding! Design services with Carly can be added on!
This package can be lead by one of our incredible wedding planners Tania or Danielle. They will kick off the planning process with a questionnaire to get to know you and your vision. This allows them to start you off on the best path for your planning process. Resources are provided to give guidance and keep you on track. At 8 weeks they will send a Final Questionnaire for you to provide them with all the information they need to create a detailed production timeline. At 8 weeks your communication becomes unlimited so that you can rely on them to assist you with ensuring you have everything your vendors need for your big day.

As an event designer, it is our job to understand your vision and sense of style, then tailor an extraordinary experience just for you. Allow Carly to cultivate an incredible design from floral to signage that will leave your guests in awe. We specialize in unique luxury wedding and event design. All the magic is in the details!
Design with Carly can be added to either the Partial package or Month-Of package.
The story of how you proposed is one that will be told over and over again. Let Carly help you plan the proposal of your partner’s dreams. Whether it’s a romantic stroll on a California beach, a private wine tasting at one of Napa Valley’s remarkable wineries, or a hot air balloon ride over Wine Country’s rolling hills, she will assist you in planning and coordinating the perfect surprise that will leave you both filled with love and joy.

There are tons of other events both leading up to the wedding weekend as well as during the wedding weekend! Let Carly assist with putting together itineraries and travel schedules for your bachelorette party or have her take care of all the details for your rehearsal dinner. As many additional events can be added to your package as you want! Separately, if you are a bride or groom looking to host any pre-wedding weekend events in Wine Country we can customize a package just for these events!
