Steph and Aaron’s wedding in Sonoma at The Barn at Harrow Cellars was the kind of day that reminds you what it’s all about—connection, intention, and celebrating love in a way that feels true to who you are. Every detail was carefully curated by the couple themselves, and the result was a wedding that felt deeply personal, joy-filled, and undeniably beautiful. Set outdoors with a stunning vineyard backdrop, their day was full of thoughtful design moments, seamless collaboration, and so much heart.

A Vision That Reflected Who They Are For Their Wedding in Sonoma
From the very beginning, Steph and Aaron approached their wedding with a clear vision: colorful, timeless, and uniquely theirs. With hints of vintage influence and a focus on bringing in personal touches, they created an atmosphere that felt elevated yet approachable.
The couple handled their own design and styling, and it came together effortlessly—from the pastel-toned bridal party attire to the delicate hand-tied florals that adorned their ceremony and reception spaces. It was the perfect blend of playfulness and sophistication.
One standout detail? Their serpentine dinner tables, which offered an organic, flowing layout that was both visually stunning and functionally inviting. It’s a choice that encourages connection among guests and makes a lasting impression—something we always love to see.

Navigating the Unexpected
On the day of the wedding, we were met with a surprise: wind speeds reaching up to 27mph. Outdoor events always carry an element of unpredictability, but thanks to thoughtful planning, flexibility, and teamwork, we were able to make the necessary adjustments and bring their vision to life—without compromising on style or experience.
Steph and Aaron approached each change with complete trust and grace. It was a true reminder that behind every beautiful celebration is a team working together to ensure everything runs smoothly, even when nature has other plans.

A Wedding in Sonoma Celebration to Remember
When couples make decisions based on what feels meaningful to them, the result is always something memorable. Steph and Aaron’s approach to design was no exception. Their floral choices brought a soft but vibrant energy to the space, with whimsical wildflower arrangements, delicate bud vases, and a color palette that perfectly reflected the season.
As the sun set, the celebration continued indoors with a packed dance floor, and one of our favorite moments! When Steph and Aaron brought out oversized cat fatheads for the dance floor—a lighthearted nod that had everyone laughing and letting loose.
At its core, their wedding was full of warmth, laughter, and love! And, it was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when couples focus on the experience, trust their team, and stay true to what matters most! Cheers to the newlyweds, Steph & Aaron and thank you both for having us be a part of your fabulous wedding!
