With bold blooms, playful personal details, and the kind of dance party that guests raved about all night long, this celebration was a true reflection of their fun-loving, magnetic connection. Every part of the day—from their rock-paper-scissors moment at the altar to the velvet-wrapped karaoke bar—was filled with intention and joy. A Ceremony Wedding at The Estate Yountville: Full of Color and Character

Under a canopy of olive trees and surrounded by sculptural floral towers in every shade of the rainbow, Sravya and Jerry said “I do” in a ceremony that felt both heartfelt and cheeky. In one of our favorite moments of the day, they literally played rock-paper-scissors mid-ceremony. It was such a sweet, unexpected way to bring their personalities into the experience—and a perfect reflection of how natural and fun their love is. The ceremony space and wedding at The Estate Yountville was a painter’s dream: pops of coral, golden yellow, lavender, and blush roses spilling down the aisle and wrapping the platform in color. It was lush, romantic, and full of texture.

Flipping the Script (and the Ceremony Space)

During their hour-and-a-half cocktail hour, the magic didn’t stop. Behind the scenes, our vendor team flipped the entire ceremony space into a dreamy garden dinner setup—and did it in record time. Everyone was on it, moving with intention and excitement, and we still can’t get over how flawlessly it came together. The dinner tables featured soft linen tones paired with wildflower-inspired centerpieces, gold candelabras, and vintage-inspired floral china. Every detail was a nod to elegance, whimsy, and a little bit of nostalgia.

Personalized Touches We Loved

Let’s talk about Toby’s Bar. Named after their pup (who naturally made an appearance on the signage), the bar featured signature drinks—his and hers Negroni and Paloma—plus colorful straws and lush floral styling. These little personal moments always make a celebration feel more intimate and memorable. From custom signage to hand-picked tabletop rentals, Sravya and Jerry thought through every detail with us alongside every step of the way. The result was a day that looked stunning, but more importantly, felt like them.

A Dance Party for the Books

Once dinner wrapped, the celebration kicked into high gear. Guests were greeted with velvet draping, disco lighting, and a bar tucked into a dramatic emerald green wall. There were karaoke breaks, stages for spontaneous dance battles, and nonstop energy under a shower of mirrorball sparkles.

Sravya changed into a dazzling cocktail dress, and she and Jerry tore it up on the dance floor. Every time we looked around, someone was smiling, singing, or belting out a song like they were on tour. It was the exact party vibe they envisioned—and then some.
