For Megan and Will’s October fall wedding at Estate Yountville, we embraced rich burgundy tones, classic black accents! Even incorporated playful stripes, and romantic florals to create a celebration that felt timeless, luxurious, and full of personality. From the custom signage to the thoughtfully styled reception, every detail complemented the beautiful Wine Country setting. A Luxury Fall Wedding at Estate Yountville Design With Burgundy, Black & Stripes

One of our favorite elements of Megan and Will’s wedding was the color palette. Deep burgundy, wine-inspired reds, soft greens, and black accents created a beautiful contrast against the property’s natural surroundings.

We especially loved incorporating stripes throughout the wedding stationery and signage. Blushtype brought this detail to life through a burgundy and cream striped welcome sign, custom bar menus, and coordinating paper goods. The mix of traditional typography, playful stripes, and personalized details added just the right amount of personality! All without taking away from the elevated design.

Fig & Vine absolutely nailed the floral design! They incorporated richly textured arrangements with burgundy dahlias, antique-toned hydrangeas, soft blush blooms, and touches of greenery. We also loved the burgundy candles that brought it all together!! The florals felt perfectly suited to an October wedding in Napa Valley, adding depth and seasonal color without feeling overly traditional.

An Elevated Outdoor Reception at The Estate Yountville

For the reception, we wanted to create a design that felt classic and refined while still embracing the warmth of fall. A combination of long rectangular tables and rounds filled the outdoor courtyard, creating an inviting layout for guests. Working with Encore Event Rentals, we incorporated just that! Think crisp white linens, black bentwood chairs, and elegant tabletop details that allowed the richer colors to stand out. Burgundy napkins, delicate floral arrangements, and romantic candlelight brought warmth to the tablescapes! All while touches of fruit and seasonal textures added another layer of interest.

One of our favorite details was how the deep burgundy tones carried throughout the celebration, from the custom stationery and floral arrangements to the smaller tabletop accents. Everything felt connected without being overly matched. As the sun went down, string lighting and candlelight transformed the courtyard into an intimate setting for dinner. The result was a reception that felt luxurious, romantic, and perfectly suited to a fall wedding at The Estate Yountville.

We especially loved the contrast between the darker burgundy and black accents and the softer details throughout the day. From cocktail hour beneath the property’s greenery-covered pergola to dinner under the lights and a packed dance floor inside the barrel room, Megan and Will’s wedding was just as much about creating an amazing experience for their guests as it was about the design.
