A Wedding Design Inspired by Spring in Napa Valley

From the beginning, Mia and Billy wanted their wedding to feel fresh, joyful, and unexpected. The design centered around a romantic palette of soft lavender, blush, fresh greens, and vibrant pink accents. Also, instead of traditional white floral arrangements, the floral design embraced movement, texture, and seasonal blooms! It felt like they had been gathered directly from an English garden. Truly!!

Towering allium blooms, delicate clematis, garden roses, and whimsical florals created an atmosphere that felt playful and elevated at the same time. What we loved most was how every design element worked together without feeling overly matched. The result was layered, organic, and incredibly personal!! And of course – stunning!!

Thoughtful Details That Elevated the Guest Experience

One of our favorite things about this wedding was the way Mia and Billy used design to enhance the guest experience. Their custom invitation suite set the tone immediately! As a result, it introduced guests to the celebration through romantic typography, vineyard-inspired illustrations, and unexpected color combinations.

At dinner, a live guitarist playing the whole time, custom menus paired perfectly with green-printed napkins, soft neutral linens and vibrant and playful floral elements. Escort cards were displayed with charming ribbon details, transforming a functional moment into another design feature.

Another favorite was at cocktail hour, vintage bathtubs displaying beers for guests to enjoy at any moment! And don’t get us started on the epic green round bar from Found! They had this bar at cocktail hour and during the dance party in the Barrel Room!

Every detail felt intentional while still maintaining an effortless feel. These are often the elements guests remember most. Not because they’re extravagant, but because they create a cohesive experience from beginning to end!!
