The Elegant Timeless Details That Created A Magical Summer Wedding in St Helena
From the start, Annie and Nick had a clear vision! They wanted their wedding to feel polished yet welcoming, luxurious but never overdone. Working with the us and our design add-on package, they curated an experience that leaned into crisp textures, warm summer light, and modern details that complemented the natural beauty of Tre Posti. Therefore, they chose a palette of white florals, layered with delicate greenery and paired with elevated table linens, black-accented flatware, and natural wood tones. Encore Event Rentals helped bring the vision to life with their gorgeous pieces, including a show-stopping all-white dance floor that anchored the reception space.
Some details just stay with you—and Annie and Nick’s custom seating chart was one of them. Created in collaboration with Shimmer & Stain, their seating display invited guests to find their table not by a number, but by a place! Laguna Beach, Nashville, Lake Tahoe—locations that reflected the couple’s memories, travels, and people they love most. It was a subtle yet powerful way to weave their story into the guest experience, and it set the tone for a day rooted in meaning and beauty.
Beyond the tablescapes and signage, the joy of the day truly came through during the reception. After dinner, the energy shifted into full-on celebration mode—with a few surprises planned along the way. Annie and her bridesmaids kicked off the dance party with a choreographed routine that left everyone cheering. Not long after, light-up cowgirl hats made their appearance, lighting up the dance floor and adding a playful moment to an otherwise refined setting. It was the perfect example of how elegance and fun can absolutely coexist—and why balance is so key in thoughtful event design.
