A Chic Wedding Day To Remember

We started Margaux’s and Nick’s wedding day at the St. Helena Catholic Church. They were surrounded by all of their closest friends and family. It was important for them to have their ceremony in a Catholic Church, as it is a huge part of their lives. So, we knew that St. Helena Catholic Church would be the best option for them. A great part of having your ceremony in a different location is that your guests get to experience two locations on your wedding day and feel fully immersed in the adventure you set forth for them.

Then, after the ceremony, we traveled to The Four Seasons in Calistoga. There was plenty of time between the ceremony and cocktail hour so guests could take their time and enjoy the scenic drive. The Four Seasons is incredibly beautiful, and we all got to enjoy the breathtaking backdrop of their landscapes and grounds. You could tell how much the guests enjoyed being here, and we really loved seeing everything come full circle!

An Unexpected Adventure

Fun fact: we had the entire reception planned outdoors! But, rain decided to make an appearance right when guests were about to be invited to the reception space. Luckily, we had a rain plan in place for just such an occasion. So, my team and I made the call to move everything inside. The Four Seasons staff quickly and seamlessly moved all of the dinner tables inside their ballroom! Although this was not the original plan, none of the guests even noticed, as it all looked complete and perfectly placed.

Filled with colorful and thought-out chic wedding decor, despite the rain, the wedding day turned out to be incredible just as Margaux and Nick had hoped. And, they did not let the rain affect how they felt during the rest of their wedding day. So, please take this as your sign to ensure you remain flexible and understanding if rain is potentially in the forecast. The most important part of your wedding is the moments shared between you and your family and friends!
