Working with Catherine and Cameron to bring their redwood wedding vision to life was an absolute joy! From start to finish, the planning process was packed with creativity, collaboration, and plenty of laughs. Our main goal? Crafting a seamless timeline that made every single moment feel intentional, effortless, and unforgettable for their guests. With the venue being a secluded gem tucked away from the world, we knew we had to think outside the box when it came to transportation, layout, and logistics—and it totally paid off!

The vendor team truly brought their A-game, coming together as a dream team to create pure magic. Seeing these two stunning brides dance the night away in the amphitheater was such a sweet and satisfying moment. Especially knowing all the planning and heart they put into their big day allowed them to fully relax and enjoy every second.

A quick shoutout: La Flora Designs knocked it out of the park with florals that left everyone speechless! We made sure nothing went to waste! We repurposed the aisle arrangements as centerpieces for the dinner tables, transforming the ceremony pillars into a gorgeous backdrop for the head table, and using aisle candles to light up the dance floor. Altogether, it was such a smart, sustainable way to keep the magic going all night long.

And let’s talk about the details! Catherine and Cameron designed all the signage themselves, tying everything together with their vintage-meets-colorful aesthetic. From the vibrant ceremony set up, having two aisles and to the eclectic reception space, their personality and style shone through in every little detail. Certainly, if you couldn’t tell, these two cared deeply about the little things, and it made their day all the more special.
