Guests move from one beautiful space to the next, beginning with panoramic ceremony views overlooking the vineyards, followed by cocktails on the terrace before transitioning into the reception space for dinner and dancing.

Bailey and Bryston embraced a timeless color palette of crisp white florals layered with rich shades of emerald and olive green. From the bridesmaids’ satin emerald gowns to the lush hydrangea bouquets and custom stationery, every detail felt cohesive from beginning to end.
One of our favorite design elements was how the custom paper goods carried the aesthetic throughout the entire wedding day. The invitation suite featured delicate Italian-inspired artwork that reflected Viansa’s architecture, while the day-of stationery continued the green palette through menus, signage, and table details. Every printed piece felt intentional and became another layer of the overall guest experience.
Ceremony Overlooking the Sonoma Vineyards
Viansa’s ceremony lawn is one of the reasons couples fall in love with this venue, and Bailey and Bryston’s ceremony showcased it beautifully. Surrounded by vineyards, rolling hills, and the winery’s signature cypress trees, guests gathered beneath the California sun as lush white floral arrangements framed the ceremony space. Rather than competing with the incredible scenery, the floral design enhanced it, allowing the views to remain the focal point. The clean white flowers, paired with Bailey’s timeless gown and Bryston’s white dinner jacket, created an effortlessly classic look that will never go out of style.
Designing a Reception That Felt Warm & Elevated
As guests enjoyed cocktail hour overlooking the vineyards, our team transformed the reception space into an elegant candlelit celebration. One of the standout design moments was looking up. The ceiling was completely draped in soft white fabric, instantly transforming the ballroom into a romantic, elevated space. Oversized floral chandeliers overflowing with cascading greenery and white blooms floated above the reception, creating visual impact from every angle while drawing guests into the room.
Paired with warm wood bistro chairs, soft green linens, delicate menus, and hundreds of glowing candles, the design felt refined, inviting, and perfectly suited for a Sonoma winery wedding. Rather than relying on bold colors or excessive décor, the design focused on texture, layering, and thoughtful details that complemented Viansa’s existing architecture.
Thoughtful Details That Elevated the Guest Experience
One of our favorite parts of Bailey and Bryston’s wedding was how every detail served a purpose while still feeling beautifully designed. Guests were welcomed with custom seating charts framed by lush floral installations overlooking the vineyards before finding personalized menus waiting at each place setting. Every printed piece tied seamlessly back to the invitation suite, creating consistency from the moment guests opened their invitation until dinner was served. These are the details guests may not always notice individually, but together they create an experience that feels thoughtful, cohesive, and unforgettable.
Ending the Night in Style
As dinner came to a close, the celebration shifted into an unforgettable dance party. Bailey changed into a sparkling reception dress while Bryston swapped his tuxedo jacket for suspenders! This instantly changing the energy of the evening. The packed dance floor, late-night pizza, custom marquee sign, and lively party atmosphere perfectly reflected their personalities. This also gave guests one last unforgettable experience before the evening came to an end. The celebration finished with a streamer exit beneath twinkling lights! It created one final picture-perfect moment that beautifully closed out an incredible wedding day! It was the best time!
