Lauren and Kevin’s wedding at Silverado Resort was the perfect example of classic Napa Valley elegance with a fresh, romantic feel. From an entire weekend spent celebrating on property to a wedding design filled with lush white florals, soft neutrals, layered textures, and thoughtful personalized details, every part of their celebration felt elevated while still being warm and welcoming.
With both their welcome party and wedding hosted at Silverado Resort, their guests were able to settle in and truly enjoy a full weekend together in Napa Valley. For our Carly Saber Events team, it also gave us the opportunity to create an experience that felt cohesive from beginning to end while allowing the wedding day itself to have its own distinct design. And thankfully, Willow & Ben captured every single detail beautifully, from the quiet moments beneath Silverado’s oak trees to the packed dance floor at the end of the night.

A Wedding Weekend at Silverado Resort
One of our favorite things about planning a wedding at Silverado Resort is how naturally the property lends itself to a full Napa Valley wedding weekend. Lauren and Kevin kicked off the festivities with their welcome party at Silverado before returning the following day for their wedding. Keeping the celebrations in one location meant guests could spend more time enjoying the weekend together and less time worrying about traveling between events.
Silverado also gave us so many beautiful settings to work with throughout the day. The established trees, sprawling lawns, gardens, and iconic white mansion created a gorgeous backdrop for the wedding party and couple’s portraits, while the indoor event spaces allowed the celebration to transition seamlessly into dinner and dancing.

A Classic Napa Valley Wedding Filled With White Florals
Lauren and Kevin’s ceremony design was all about complementing the natural surroundings rather than competing with them. Rows of crisp white chairs filled the lawn, with low floral arrangements lining the aisle and leading toward an incredible floral arch created by Fig & Vine. Overflowing with white blooms and greenery, the installation became an immediate focal point against Silverado Resort’s surrounding trees and landscape. We especially loved the scale of the ceremony florals. When designing in a large outdoor space, proportion can completely change how the finished ceremony feels. The oversized installation anchored the setting beautifully while still feeling organic within the surrounding Wine Country landscape.
Inside the reception, we continued Lauren and Kevin’s classic white-and-green palette while introducing more texture and warmth. Rather than relying on lots of color, we layered different shades of white, ivory, greenery, and subtle gold accents throughout the room. Textured floral linens softened the tables, while gold chairs and delicately rimmed dinnerware brought warmth to the otherwise neutral design.
Fig & Vine continued the floral story with arrangements filled with white roses, hydrangeas, and abundant greenery. Candlelight added another layer to the tables, while suspended greenery installations drew the design upward and completely changed the feeling of the ballroom. This is one of our favorite ways to approach an all-white wedding. Neutral doesn’t have to mean simple. Different materials, floral varieties, heights, and textures can give a classic palette just as much dimension and visual interest as one filled with color.
It truly was such a stunning night!

From an Elegant Dinner to a Packed Dance Floor
As much as we love designing a beautiful reception, we always want the space to feel just as good once the party begins. Lauren and Kevin kicked things off with a champagne tower and their first dances before the ballroom transitioned from an elegant dinner into a full dance party. A custom monogram on the dance floor created by Encore Event Rentals brought another personalized design element into the room, while the overhead greenery installations looked just as incredible once the lights went down. Lauren changed into a floral mini dress, the dance floor filled up, and the polished atmosphere from earlier in the evening gave way to a completely different energy. That’s one of the things we love most about planning weddings like this. A celebration can feel sophisticated and timeless without ever feeling too formal to have fun.
