Because, this blog is going over the estimated amounts per vendor on what you can expect to spend in 2024. These are our key vendors with a guest count of approximately 150 guests!
Average Napa Valley Wedding Costs In 2024
Please remember that these are average figures and can vary based on various factors like your specific location, design choices, service preferences, guest count, vendor experience and vendor demand.
Venue – $12,000 – $20,000 (don’t forget service/tax)
Planner – $12,000 – $16,000 for full service, $5,000 – $10,000 for partial service
Photography – $6,000 – $10,000
Videography – $4,000 – $6,000
Florals/Candles – $20,000+ (This is for the more involved designs you are seeing in Napa Valley. Also many established florists have a $10,000 minimum before labor/tax). For a more scaled back design we are seeing $12,000 – 15,000. Note that florals are a lot of labor and have high wholesale costs. So for lush designs this area can easily go above $20,000.
Rentals – $8,000 – $12,000 (Some venues include a lot of items which can help reduce this cost. Though many of our couples choose to upgrade elements to enhance their design)
Specialty Rentals – $5,000 (this may be for lounge vignettes, marquee letters, wall installations)
Catering – $50,000
Alcohol – $15,000
DJ – $3,000
Lighting – $6,000
Band – $12,000 (this is typically the base price for many of our favorite bands, however there are lots of options that range closer to $17,000 – $20,000).
Hair and Makeup – $3,000
Officiant – $600 (this often does not include them coming to the rehearsal)
Transportation – $3,000
Cake/Desserts – $1,000 (most commonly we are seeing couples opt for a personal cake and some sheet cake for a portion of the guest count with dessert stations being included in catering). Full dessert bars from a bakery will range closer to $2,000.
Signage/Stationery – $5,000
