Additionally, we help with all vendor communication taking time consuming back and forth negotiations off of your plate. We will manage all the details, create a budget and manage that budget, handle transportation logistics, create a wedding weekend timeline and production schedule, build out floors plans and more!! And, to top it off, you get unlimited communication from us!! This package really is a beautiful process that we are honored to be able to offer!

Everything from an elevated linen and charger to anchor your place settings to the perfectly aligned color palette, she’s got you covered! Our goal is to help create an atmosphere that your guests will remember for a lifetime! So, with every couple, she dives in head first to what your hopes and dreams are for your wedding day. Then, creates a masterpiece that serves as a great touch point for all of your vendors. Having design included in your wedding planning services not only means that everyone understands your vision, but also means that you can make your wedding day the exact way you want it! Sounds pretty amazing right?!??! We couldn’t agree more!

Venue Scouting and Vendor Communication

Not only do we help with your wedding design, but we also get to help with venue scouting and vendor communication in our full planning package! If you have no idea what venue you want to get married at or you just don’t know where to start – we have you covered!! We start by understanding what you want in a venue and then finding ones that fit that mold. Then we bring you to the next phase! We create a custom itinerary and visit all of the venues in person to find THE ONE!

Once we have your venue confirmed and booked, we will proceed forward with handling all vendor communication. We will pass over all of our top recommendations to you to pick from. And, we will handle the logistics that come with all the lovely vendors you book. It’s a beautiful blend of management ensuring that everything is executed in a way that your event goes off without a hitch! However, we find it is important for you to be involved in selecting each vendor to ensure they are your perfect match.
