I have only amazing things to say about these two love birds, Ashlyn and Hanson. This fall wedding day at Tre Posti in St Helena, CA was the best. They knew how important it was to have support and someone by their side every step of the wedding planning process. So, we had the honor of being their full-service wedding planner. They decided to keep things simple and wanted to feel like the process was smooth and easy going. And, that’s exactly what we accomplished! We really loved how even though they wanted things to be simple yet elegant, they infused some traditional and meaningful moments into their wedding day. A Simple Yet Elegant Fall Wedding Day

Their design was subtle and leaned into the natural beauty of the venue. When couples say that they want to have a fall wedding day at Tre Posti we get SO excited. This is because the venue just looks that much more stunning. The vineyards start to turn with their warmer reddish brown tone to it. And, the trees in the courtyard are in full bloom. Everything feels lush and elevated.

To compliment their sweet and classic decor, they infused their traditions and other unique items to ensure that it felt very meaningful and sentimental. They had the Hawaiian Maile Lei for Hanson the groom, and Hawiian Ti Leaf Lei for the groomsmen instead of bouts! Then, ended the ceremony with a wine box ceremony. This is where they stored away a bottle of wine to drink at a later date! It was so sweet and really tied in the setting! One of my favorite parts is that we were able to work with Tre Posti to have Spam Musubi customized for them and it was a huge hit!! This was so special to them and guests were making comments about how amazing it tasted and how surprised they were to see it all night long! This tasty dish comes from Hawaii and they wanted to infuse Hawaiian culture into different aspects of the wedding while keeping the outward appearance cohesive with being in wine country. Then, at the very end of the night they brought in soft serve ice cream!! So cool right?! It was one of their favorite treats so we knew we had to find authentic soft serve machines. All in all, it was an incredible day filled with fun and meaningful moments.
