Floral Accented Hanging Oversized Seating Chart

This one was so fun! We were able to have a simple and elegant look with a touch of color intertwined. This is great for the couple who wants to have a natural feel to an overall elegant design. This sign was made of a a canvas fabric and we incorporated a custom drawing of their family barn. The floral baskets brought a nice pop of color and a big WOW moment as guests arrived at dinner.

Tequila Shot Escort Table

This is such a fun idea for couples who would want their escort table to be interactive. The shots are a great way to get your guests into the “let’s have fun” setting. We used a large wooden table and had custom acrylic stir sticks made with the guest name and their table number engraved. Then, we stuck those into orange wedges that went perfectly with the look of the clear shot glass and paired well with the tequila. We love it when our couples intertwine elements of fun into their big day! And, make it really unique to them! Before committing to this display, be sure to get it approved by your venue because many Napa Valley venues have a no shot policy. You don’t want to find that out on your wedding day!

Colorful Wine Bottle Escort Table

Instead of a sign, make it a moment. This couple wanted to bring the feel of wine country into their design while making it feel very classy and natural. The wine bottles were filled with water. Then, added sand to hold them down from the wind. The florist added flowers to each of the wine bottles to add depth and color!

Black and White Layered Arch Seating Chart with Floral

Now, isn’t this a statement piece?!! The floral arch was repurposed from their ceremony! We put it behind the double-arched seating chart and it really made a huge impact on the design and overall feel of the space. This was right in front of the wine cave! This is where they held their reception making it feel very grand upon entering.

Mirror Seating Chart with Hand Torn Edged Paper

This is such a great way to elevate your seating chart without needing a large investment. Purchase or rent a large mirror and print out all of the tables to show people where they are sitting. A mirror is a great way to add a luxurious and elegant feel to your wedding day! And, if you buy it, you can take it with you and display it in your home!
