From the moment guests arrive, they’re greeted by the iconic Tuscan-inspired architecture, grand courtyard, and olive-lined pathways! This makes the venue feel warm and welcoming! As they explore the property, they’re met with vineyard views, rolling Sonoma hills, lush greenery, and countless spaces that feel made for gathering.
The ceremony lawn is one of our favorite locations on the property. Your guests will be surrounded by vineyards and framed by the venue’s beautiful pergola! It offers a naturally stunning setting that doesn’t require much to make an impact. Whether couples envision a floral-forward ceremony design or something more understated, the landscape does so much of the heavy lifting.
As the sun begins to set, the entire property glows. Golden hour at Viansa is truly something special and creates some of the most beautiful portrait opportunities in Sonoma County.

After the ceremony, guests can enjoy cocktail hour throughout the courtyard and surrounding outdoor spaces while the wedding party sneaks away for portraits. The property naturally encourages guests to mingle, explore, and take in the scenery without ever feeling disconnected from the celebration.
For receptions, we love utilizing the indoor ballroom space or the lawn space for al fresco dining under café lights. In both spaces there is plenty of room for all of your desires! For outside, think: long tables, vineyard views, and the warm Sonoma evening air create an atmosphere that feels intimate, elevated, and relaxed all at the same time. The wedding featured here perfectly showcases why we love this space so much. Soft pastel florals in shades of peach, butter yellow, blush, and blue brought a playful yet sophisticated feel to the design. The floral meadow ceremony installation felt like it had naturally grown from the lawn itself! All while the reception embraced the beauty of the landscape with elegant tablescapes and understated details that allowed the setting to shine. And, the epic dance party inside brought it all to life! Using each space intentionally!

The escort card display added a fun pop of color, while the ceremony and reception design felt romantic, fresh, and completely reflective of the couple’s personalities. The result was a wedding that felt elevated without feeling overly formal! One of our favorite balances to achieve!!
